Bakery'southward note: If you lot're intimidated by the thought of making a cake curl, don't exist!  Cake rolls are surprisingly piece of cake.  You essentially broil a very thin layer of cake and immediately roll it up (using a big tea towel) as shortly equally information technology comes out of the oven.  As it cools, it will hold that rolled upward shape.  From there, you can gently unroll it, fill it with any you like and then roll it dorsum upward.  The chocolate + vanilla whipped cream in this Swiss Block Roll is a winner if you ask me!  I hope you enjoy this recipe as much equally we exercise.  Thank you!
